Short Sleeve Serie I description

Sport Ritual Electronics colors from your rack to your wardrobe

This time there is nothing to celebrate, we just wanted to have something to wear for the end of the summer. Black canvas, a fuzzy font and a catchy distorted motto, did you expect anything less from us? Thanks a lot to Leopold for the design (https://www.instagram.com/crouxrds/ ) check his amazing music label too , and to Robin Plus (https://www.instagram.com/rbn.plus/ ) for the wet pictures.

1U Diviser description

Diviser is a 1U clock divider with odd & even outputs. It divides by 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 16 & 32 simultaneously

Diviser is based on CMOS chips it can run at audio speed to create subharmonics from an oscillator.

The reset input resets all the outputs to a high state.

Comparators are built in both the Clock and Rest inputs with threshold set at 2.5V. It means you can use any type of signals in these inputs.

1U Réseaux description

Réseaux is known as an R-2R ladder. It has two identical sections which you can cross patch.

It is a bidirectional module meaning the inputs can be outputs and vice versa.
It has two main uses depending on the direc- tion you are using the module.

– When using Réseaux with one input and multiple outputs you have attenuated copies of the input. Great to send a signal around. Specially if you have modules which do not have attenuators built in.

– When using one output and multiple inputs you have a mixer with set levels. It can mix both CVs and audio signals.

1U Krach description

Noise and more noise… Krach is 4 channels of noise

Krach generates analog white noise. It generates three additional noise colors from it.

Pink noise is derived from it with a 3dB/Oct low pass filter.

Hiss is obtained from white noise using a slightly resonant high pass filter.

Rumble is created from pink noise with the help of a very low pass filter.

Krach‘s additional noises are great to create percussion, natural textures, noise walls and more sound design greatness.

1U Guillotine description

Too Much Gain? Never heard of that.

Guillotine is two channels of hard clipping distortion with up to 25dB gain. If you process mono signals you can self patch the module to chain the two channels for 50dB gain. Insane amount of gain guaranteed.

Guillotine has an internal feedback routing allowing for two distortion colors per channel. The result is similar to a low pass filter, but not quite. The lower position gives emphasis on the low end, the middle position is straight up distortion, with no coloration & the higher position emphasizes on the high frequency content.

1U The Mullet description

Business card in the front, party in the back

Available for free as a goodie on our booth for Superbooth 2021, our business card turns into a DIYable passive saturation & tilt EQ combo.
You’ll need very usual components value to assemble the module.
It may be a great first DIY module. Very low parts count. Very forgiving.
See the Bill Of Material in the table.
Scroll down for pictures of the assembly.

The Mullet assembly

Business in the front
DIY in the back. First, install all the resistors, solder them and snap the legs off on the other side
Then install the diodes. You can go with general purpose diodes like the 1N4148. You can also try to mix and match with LEDs, vintage overpriced germanium diodes, schottkies… Careful with the orientation, diodes are polarized components.
Now the two capacitors. You can try different values from what’s in the BOM, it will change the corner frequencies of the Tilt EQ
Input and output jacks for now. The input is on the left, the output on the right. Use Thonkiconn jacks. Available from Thonk in Europe.
The pots are last. The footprints accept Alpha Taiwan metal shaft pots or the classic black plastic tall trimmers. 10K linear works great. If you have a spare center detent pot, it may be useful on the Tilt EQ.
Add knobs if you have em. Black Rogans if you want to go for the Ritual aesthetics.
Congrats, you are done!

1U Flexibilité description

Your third hand is your foot.

Flexibilité is a fairly simple module. Plug an expression pedal into it and use your foot to control your modules. By default it generates a 0-5V signal (unipolar) or a -5/+5V signal (bipolar), attenuated by the foot pedal.

Flexibilité has an input for external signals, so it can be used as a volume pedal on audio or attenuator/attenuverter on CV signals.

For when you need that extra hand!
